36 Hertz Mastering are now offering vinyl record cutting services including small batch / short run vinyl and DJ dubplates cut in house using our Vinylrecorder T560 cutting machine.
Our cutting machine allows us to cut your music into blank vinyl records that look, feel and sound just as good (if not better) than pressed vinyl records. Our records are cut in real time just the same as if you were getting a traditional acetate cut but will last a lot longer with no deterioration of sound over time if stored correctly and looked after.
Being able to offer this service means that record labels are no longer in the position of having to press hundreds of records and can in fact do as many or as little as they would like. We are able to offer full colour labels, sleeve stickers or even printed sleeves if you would like as well as a whole world of different size and colour options.
